Jiacha town is a town in Pingtang County, Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, with an area of 322 square kilometers and a total population of 32457. Jiacha town is located in the southeast of Pingtang county. It is 24 kilometers away from the county and 10 kilometers away from the third line of provincial road. With a total area of 322 square kilometers, the town governs 13 villages and 200 villager groups. As of March 2014, there were 8046 households with a total population of 32457.

It is adjacent to MI town in the East, Yueli town in Nandan county in Guangxi in the south, Yazhou town in the West and Pingzhou town in the north. The town government is located in Baihe Village, 770 meters above sea level. The total area of cultivated land in the town is 27564.85 mu. The main food crops include rice, corn, wheat, etc., the cash crops include flue-cured tobacco, Chaotian pepper, Chinese herbal medicine, walnut, Rosa roxburghii Tratt, Camellia oleifera, etc., the characteristic breeding includes hairy crab, mulberry, silkworm, sheep, etc., and the fruit includes pear.
