Mochong town

Mochong town is located in the southern suburb of Duyun City, 27 kilometers away from the urban area. It is adjacent to liangmu Township in the East, Mawan town in Dushan County in the south, shazhai Township in the southwest, Pinglang town in the West and Heyang Township in the north. The town has convenient transportation and obvious location advantages. Guizhou Guangxi railway, guixinao highway and national highway 210 run through the north and south of the town.

Mochong Town, located in the south of Guizhou Province, is an important town in the South Gate of Duyun City. It is about 30 kilometers away from the center of Duyun, with a total area of 105.9 square kilometers and a total population of 20800, including more than 2940 non-agricultural population. On July 29, 2020, Mochong town was named as the National Health township (county) in 2017-2019 cycle by the National Patriotic Health Campaign Committee.
