Xuedong town

Xuedong Town, subordinate to Sansui County, Guizhou Province, is located in the northeast of Sansui County, 28 kilometers away from the county. It borders on Hunan Province's dengzhai Township in the East, Tonglin town in the south, Changji town in the west, and Yangping town and Qingxi Town in Zhenyuan County in the north. It is known as the "junction of two provinces and three counties".

It is widely cultivated and has an annual trade of more than 80000 piglets. It is known as the "hometown of piglets" in eastern Guizhou. In recent years, the cultivation of Radix Pseudostellariae, Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Polygonum capitatum and other medicinal materials, as well as the cultivation of grass, duck and goose are on the rise, gradually replacing the dominant position of traditional breeding industry.
