Yuzhang town

Yuzhang is located in the southwest of Xingren City, Qianxinan Prefecture, 15 kilometers away from Xingren city. It is the junction of Xingren City, Xingyi and Anlong. Yuzhang town is mysterious and ancient. Judging from the records of the territory of Yelang state in Shiji · biography of Xinanyi and Hanshu · biography of Xinanyi, as well as the geographical location and environment of Yuzhang, Yuzhang was a county under the rule of Yelang ancient state in the Han Dynasty. A number of national first-class cultural relics such as bronze chariots and horses, money tree, fiddle figurines and Bajun shouchengyin were unearthed from the famous Jiaole village Han tombs. Since 1975, 1987 and 1999, more than 600 pieces of cultural relics have been unearthed from Jiaole Han tombs, including more than 22 national first-class cultural relics, accounting for one third of the total cultural relics of all prefectures and counties in the province.

Yuzhang is located in the north of Yilong experimental area, at the junction of Xingren city and Anlong county. It is adjacent to tunjiao town of Xingren city in the East, wantun town in the west, Haizi township of Anlong county in the South and luchuying Township in the north. Qingxing highway, Guanxing highway and 309 provincial highway pass through the border. It is 15 kilometers away from Xingren City, 30 kilometers away from Nanning Kunming railway station (in Dingxiao town) and 33.7 kilometers away from Xingyi airport, with convenient transportation and good location advantages.

Yuzhang town has a land area of more than 151.2 square kilometers, which governs 11 administrative villages, 146 villager groups, more than 6740 households and 33800 people. There are Han, Miao, Hui, Buyi, Yi, Li and other nationalities living in the town. It is a multi-ethnic town.

Yuzhang town is a typical karst landform, with an altitude of 1400-1600 meters. It has a subtropical mild humid monsoon climate, with no severe cold in winter and no severe heat in summer. The annual average temperature is 15 ℃, and the annual precipitation is about 1450 mm. The registered cultivated land area of the town is more than 25000 mu, including 16000 mu of land, 64500 mu of forest land, 4520 mu of economic forest and 14500 mu of barren hills, with a forest coverage rate of 29%.

Yuzhang town has a wide range of agricultural products, including rice, corn, wheat, sweet potato, potato and so on.
