Meijiuhe town

Meijiuhe town is under the jurisdiction of Renhuai City, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. It is located in the northwest of Renhuai City, adjacent to Sanhe Town in the East, HEMA town in the south, Erlang town in Gulin County, Sichuan Province in the west, and Xijiu town in Xishui County in the north.

History of construction

When it was withdrawn and merged in 1992, Shatan was listed as an independent Township -- Shatan township

On December 8, 2015, the people's Government of Guizhou Province (QFH [2015] No. 294) approved to cancel the establishment of meijiuhe town in Shatan township

geographical environment

With an average altitude of 529.5 meters, the territory has a humid monsoon climate in the middle subtropical zone. It has four distinct seasons, no severe cold in winter, no severe heat in summer, long frost free period, light, water and heat in the same season, moderate but uneven distribution, frequent summer droughts, rapid recovery of spring climate, but unstable, "late spring cold" and spring drought weather occur from time to time, flower arranging hail occurs in spring and summer trade, and high temperature and dry in summer The results show that the rainfall is moderate, mostly heavy to rainstorm; the distribution of rainfall is uneven, and there is often drought in summer, especially in the valley area, and the temperature drops rapidly in autumn.

economic development

The total cultivated land area is 7204 mu, including 5740 mu of dry land and 1500 mu of paddy field. The cultivated land area of each village is as follows: 1574 mu of zhuangzishang village, 2089 mu of Shunhe village, 1477 mu of louziao village and 2065 mu of Liangjiang village. The main crops are red grain, wheat, corn, rice, sweet potato, beans and fruits. There is a type II reservoir in the township, with 17 small mountain ponds, 945 small water kilns, 9 centralized drinking pools, 30 kilometers of ditches and 13 kilometers of human and animal drinking water pipelines with annual storage capacity of more than 500 cubic meters.
