Luban Street

Luban street is under the jurisdiction of Renhuai City, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. It is located in the new town in the south of Renhuai City, 15 kilometers away from Renhuai City. It borders Tanchang, Wuma, Maoba, Maotai, yanjinban and Shuikou Town, Gulin County, Sichuan Province.

On December 8, 2015, the people's Government of Guizhou Province approved the revocation of Luban town and the establishment of Luban street.

The town area is 119.6 square kilometers, with the highest altitude of 1470 meters, the lowest altitude of 400 meters, the average altitude of 680 meters, and the forest coverage rate of 43.05%. in 2013, the GDP was 97777997 yuan, an increase of 33.4%; the gross output value of agriculture was 30736229 yuan, an increase of 19.5%; the gross output value of the secondary industry was 506523300 yuan, an increase of 40.83%; the gross output value of the tertiary industry was 16389438 yuan, an increase of 42.2%; the per capita disposable income of farmers was 8050 yuan, an increase of 850 yuan compared with 2012; the per capita disposable income of cities and towns was 20200 yuan, an increase compared with 2012 5%. 1. Road project engineering:

In 2013, the construction of 2.78 km north section of Luban Avenue was started. In 2014, 11 roads with a total length of 24.54 km were planned to be built. The estimated investment is about 2.243 billion yuan, including 1.277 billion yuan for construction and installation, and 836 million yuan for land acquisition, demolition and preliminary expenses. （1）

North section of Luban Avenue

2.78 KM has been opened to traffic. (the total investment of the project is 312 million yuan (including 187 million yuan for construction and installation). The project started in November 2012. Now the oil road has been paved, the slope treatment has been completed, and 1.6 km of greening and street lamp installation have been completed. A total of 185 million yuan has been invested in the construction and installation of the project, and the whole line is expected to be completed by the end of this month except for 1.2 km of greening). （2）

Road construction in the middle section of Luban Avenue

(the project starts from Guanying tanmao express in the north and ends at Shangli Fuhuang carton factory in the south, with a total length of 3.07km and a road width of 52m, which is the main road of the city. The total estimated investment of the project is 557 million yuan (including 220 million yuan for construction and installation). The construction started on November 24, 2013. The section from Fuhuang carton factory to Guanying has been linear. The carton factory can reach the south section. The laying of water stable layer has been completed in the university campus section. The project investment has reached 150 million yuan. Guanying of the project is about 1 km away, and 179 of the 193 households need to be demolished. （3）

Road construction in the south section of Luban Avenue:

(the project starts from shanglihuainan gas station in the north and ends at Luban street market town in the south, with a total length of 3.07km and a road width of 52m. The total investment is 350 million yuan, including 246 million yuan for construction and installation. The construction started on March 17, 2014, and some sections have been preliminarily completed with an investment of 150 million yuan. （4）

Xuefu East Road Project

(the project starts from Xuefu North Road and ends at Panlong group, huangjiatian village, with a total length of 5.1km and a road width of 16m. It is a secondary trunk road in the city, with an estimated total investment of 350 million yuan, including 160 million yuan for construction and installation. The first phase of Xuefu east road starts from Kunshan Road and ends at Jinxiu Road, with a total length of about 1.5 km. The construction and installation investment is 62 million yuan, which was started on March 17, 2014, and the completed project investment is 27.6 million yuan. It will be open to traffic every year. （5）

Xuefu North Road Project:

(the project starts from Guanying substation and ends at Lichun river section, with a total length of 1.2km and a road width of 22m. It is an urban secondary trunk road with a total budget investment of 86 million yuan, including 64 million yuan for construction and installation. 16 million yuan has been invested. （6）

Sanhuai Road Project:

(it starts from the south section of Shangli Avenue in huangjiatian village and ends at the south section of Luban Avenue. The total length of the road is about 0.58 km and the width is 22 m. It is a secondary trunk road in the city. The total budget investment is 30 million yuan, of which 25 million yuan was invested in construction and installation, which started on March 17. Now the subgrade project has been completed, with an investment of 22 million yuan. The road surface will now be paved with asphalt. (7) road engineering of west section of Jinxiu Road: (the project starts from Shangli Avenue (now at Shangli gravel plant) and ends at Shangli section of Licun River, with a total length of 1.17 km and a road width of 36 m. It is an urban trunk road, with a total investment of 88 million yuan, including 58 million yuan for construction and installation, 32 million yuan for investment completed, asphalt pavement paved and curb installed). （8）

Guanying road phase I Project:

(from the middle section of Luban avenue to the funeral home section, the total length is about 0.6 km. The geological exploration and construction drawing design have been completed, and the construction is expected to start in the third quarter. The estimated total investment is 53 million yuan, including 33 million yuan for construction and installation. （9）

Guanying road phase II Road Project:

(it starts from the middle section of Luban Avenue and ends at Motianling Avenue, with a total length of 1.22km and a road width of 36m. It is an urban trunk road, with a total estimated investment of 95 million yuan, of which 63 million yuan is invested in construction and installation. It is planned to start construction.). （10）

Shangli Avenue phase I construction project:

(the road from funeral home to Tamao is about 1.42km long and 32m wide. The estimated total investment is 106 million yuan, including 62 million yuan for construction and installation. The feasibility study preparation, construction drawing and geological exploration and drilling of the project have been completed, and the construction can be started in the third quarter. （11）

Road works of north section of Shangli Avenue:

(the project starts from the Xinchao carton factory and ends at the funeral home, with a total length of 2.83 kilometers and a road width of 30 meters. It is an urban trunk road with an estimated total investment of 260 million yuan, including 135 million yuan for construction and installation. The project is under preparation. （12）

The tail section of Motianling Avenue:

(the project starts from Luban Hospital of 208 provincial road and ends at the south section of Shangli Avenue, with a total length of 680m and a road width of 23m. Two way 4 lanes. The total investment is 35 million yuan. （13）

Wujiang Road Project:

(it starts from the middle section of Xuefu East Road and ends at Shangli Avenue, with a total length of 850m and a finish of 24m, with 4 lanes in both directions. The total investment is estimated to be 50 million yuan, which will be constructed in two phases.

2. Renhuai urban planning exhibition hall construction project:

At the intersection, the planned land area is 40.5 mu, the total construction area is 5600 square meters, and the total investment is 70 million yuan, including 55 million yuan for construction, installation and exhibition. The construction of the main project (steel structure) will be basically completed on March 10. It is planned to enter the exhibition decoration and Exhibition Construction from August 10. The exhibition construction will be completed on September 1. After a month of trial operation, the exhibition will be officially opened to the public on national day. The total investment has reached 51 million yuan.

3. Community construction project:
