Hongguan Miao nationality township

Hongguan Miao township is located in the west of Bozhou District, Zunyi City. It is one of the only two minority townships in Bozhou district. It is located on the south slope of the west of Dalou mountains and at the junction of Zunyi, Jinsha and Renhuai counties (cities).

It is 20 kilometers long from east to west and 3 kilometers wide from north to south. It covers an area of 64.79 square kilometers and governs three administrative villages and 50 villager groups. Historical change

Before liberation, Hongguan Township belonged to Qibao of Panshui Town, West District of Zunyi county (Yaxi District). After liberation, it belonged to seventeen District of Zunyi county (Panshui District). In 1992, according to the decision of the county Party Committee on Abolishing the party and government organizations in the original district, township, town and office and establishing a new Party committee and preparatory committee, Heyan Township and Hongguan Township in the former Panshui district were merged into Hongguan Miao Township, and the government was located in xiaobachang Village.

The township vigorously develops water conservancy projects, implements the safe drinking water projects of Hongguan village central group and Lianxin village Shangba group, and invests in Lianxin village Wan Dahe Shantang. Investment of 360000 yuan was invested in the implementation of Heyan street drinking water project. At the same time, the rural roads leading to each village group were maintained to ensure the rural traffic demand. 298000 yuan has been invested in the construction of 2.8km road hardening project. In the face of farmers' economic difficulties, poor living environment and other practical difficulties, rural cadres regard the construction of biogas digester as another starting point to help farmers increase their income, and publicize to farmers the benefits of Biogas Digester Construction in terms of saving resources, economy and labor. In 2010, a total of 110 biogas digesters were built.

Our goals are: by 2015, the gross national product of the township will reach 95 million yuan, with an average annual growth of 10%; the local fiscal revenue will reach more than 8 million yuan, with an average annual growth of 10%; the per capita net income of farmers will exceed 8000 yuan, with an average annual growth of 18%; more than 3000 Chongqing visitors will go to Hongguan township for summer vacation and leisure; and the natural population growth rate will be controlled within 0.55%.
