Ergezhai community service center is located in the south of Nanming District, 6km away from the urban center, bordering Xiaobi township of Huaxi District, yanjiaozhai of Youzha sub district office, niulangguan township of mengguan township of Huaxi District in the south, and Xiaohe District in the west, with an area of about 19.14km2 (crisscross with Yunguan Township of Nanming District). The registered residence population is 13485, 37672, and the district is divided into 9 residents' committees and 287 residents' groups.

Ergezhai Street office was established in 1961 (officially renamed as ergezhai community service center in April 2012). In recent years, with the in-depth development of market economy and the deepening of the development planning of the southern economic circle, great changes have taken place in ergezhai District, where many high-rise buildings have sprung up and the storage and transportation volume of goods has increased year by year. Ergezhai has become the southwest transportation hub and the largest logistics center in Guizhou. With the formation of natural ecological environment and railway transportation industry, economy, culture and other undertakings have developed rapidly.
