Pier Li Zhen, belonging to Jizhou District of Hengshui City, Hebei Province, is located in the western part of Jizhou District, east of Xiao Zhai Township, Xujiazhuang Township, South and Qinghe County Ren rang village, West Link West Town, north to gate village, with a total area of 93.1 square kilometers, and as of 2018, registered residence population of 31401 people.

In 1958, it was the wharf Li commune. In December 1982, it was changed to dock Lixiang. In October 1985, the town of toutouli was changed into a town.
