He'ai Tibetan Village

He'ai Tibetan township is located in the west of Mianning County, at the north end of Yalong River, surrounded by the river on three sides. It has jurisdiction over six administrative villages, namely Linjiang, Dajia, he'ai, miaoding, Xinghuo and lagusa, with 728 households and 3117 people. It covers an area of 96 square kilometers. The township government is 108 kilometers away from the county seat. There are three ethnic groups, Tibetan, Han and Yi.

Current situation of Agriculture

The township has 5230 mu of arable land, with corn, potato and sericulture as the main farming industries, and pigs and sheep as the main animal husbandry industries. The total agricultural output value is 11.77 million yuan and the GDP is 7.5 million yuan. In recent years, in order to reform backward infrastructure and create a good development platform for economic development, migrant workers have been organized to build 4.6 km of new roads, 6.8 km of maintenance roads and 12.8 km of transmission lines. 7860 meters of new ditches and weirs, 1650 meters of drinking water pipes for human and livestock, and 11820 square meters of hardened cement pavement were built. The typical three-dimensional climate was used to develop 400 mu off-season vegetable planting base.
