Manshuiwan town belongs to Mianning County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, and is located in the south of Mianning County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture. It covers an area of 64 square kilometers and has a total population of 11407.
