Boda Township
Boda township is a township under the jurisdiction of Yanyuan County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, with an area of 295.55 square kilometers and a population of 8117 (2017).
On June 12, 2020, Sichuan Provincial People's government decided to abolish Boda township.
Boda township was set up in 1952, the commune was changed in 1972, and the township was restored in 1984. Boda township is located in the southwest of the county, 30 kilometers away from the county. Yanzuo highway passes through. It has jurisdiction over five village committees, namely, Jibo, Madaozi, gansheng, Xigou and zhuanlou. The main agricultural products in Boda township are potato, corn and coarse cereals. Animal husbandry is dominated by horses, cattle, sheep, pigs and birds.
