Seka township is under the jurisdiction of Daofu County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Seka township was set up in 1949, and the commune was changed in 1960. Qianning county was abolished in 1978 and put under the jurisdiction of Daofu county. The township was restored in 1984.

Seka township is located in the southeast of the county, 74 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 495 square kilometers and has a population of 3000. The road is open. It has jurisdiction over Chaya, gexi, Longbu, Yari, Zawa and jianba village committees.
