Bajiaolou Township
Bajiaolou township is located in the northeast of the county, 12 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 551.39 square kilometers and has a population of 4154 (2017). 318 national highway. It has jurisdiction over seven village committees including riji, muzexi, Weidi, wangga, Zhari, bajiaolou and Tongda.
Bajiaolou township is under the jurisdiction of Yajiang County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Mingzheng chieftain of Kangding. In 1956, it set up bajiaolou township. In 1960, it belonged to Chengguan commune. In 1961, it restored the township. In 1973, it changed to bajiaolou commune. In 1984, it restored the township again. The main agricultural products in bajiaolou township are corn, potato and soybean, and the economic trees are apple and walnut.
