Jialuo town is a town level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of ABA County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Jialuo township was established in 1959, changed into a commune in 1974, and resumed in 1984. Located in the northeast of the county, 60 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 1086 square kilometers and has a population of 6910 (2017).

On June 8, 2020, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Aba Prefecture to adjust the administrative divisions of some villages and towns in six counties, including ABA county (cfzm [2020] No. 6): Jiake River Ranch Management area was put under the jurisdiction of Jialuo Town, and the people's Government of Jialuo town was stationed at No. 59 Zhaxi East Road, manbaluo village.

Jialuo town has convenient transportation, and cheng'a highway and mai (Erma) Tang (KE) highway pass through. It has jurisdiction over six village committees, namely, lekunma, manbaluo, helama, Sodero, nachangma and rialo. Pure animal husbandry township. Yak, horse and sheep are the main livestock products. It produces Fritillaria, rhubarb, Gentiana macrophylla, Pinus tabulaeformis and other wild Chinese medicinal materials. There are more marmots in the wild. On the morning of June 24, 2015, Jialuo township of ABA county was withdrawn to build a new town, and the unveiling ceremony was held in jialuolong.
