Shidiaolou Township
Shidiaolou township is a township under the jurisdiction of Heishui County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Luhua town is located in the west of Heishui County, which is Chengguan town of Heishui County, covering an area of 125.65 square kilometers.

Historical evolution
In 1956, Shidiao village was set up; in 1967, Dongfeng commune was changed; in 1973, it was renamed Shidiao commune; in 1984, it was restored to the countryside.

Shidiaolou Township mainly produces corn, wheat and barley. Economic crops include rape, flax, marijuana, etc., and economic trees include pears, apples, walnuts and pepper.
Tourism development
Luhua town has abundant tourism resources, including Shenshan mountain in the heart of Tibetan people - san'ao snow mountain; there are rare modern mountain glaciers - Dagu glacier natural landscape. There are big snow mountains that the Red Army has crossed - Dagu snow mountain; the barrier lake formed by landslide - hamu Lake; and the Tusi cultural site luhuaguanzhai. There are excellent tourism villages - Gulu village and Sanda ancient village built in 2010. Luhua town has a thick red culture and has the meeting site of the Luhua conference. It was listed by the State Council in 2006 as the Sixth Batch of national key cultural relics protection units. Luhua town has abundant hydropower resources, and there are 10 power stations in the town. The maximum installed capacity is 80000 kW, and the mineral resources in the territory are rich. At present, two enterprises are exploring.
