On December 23, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Bazhong City to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships in Bazhou District and other three counties (districts) (cfzm [2019] No. 23): Qingmu town was abolished, and the administrative areas of Huabao village, Huangjue village, Xiangyang Village and Pingqiao Village in Qingmu town were put under the jurisdiction of Sicheng sub district, and Sicheng sub district office was located at No. 66, qijialiang community.
