Guancun Town, Dachuan District, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province is located at the foot of Tieshan mountain at the West foot of Dazhou City, 25 kilometers away from the main city of Dazhou. In the Qing Dynasty, Chuihong township was under the control of Village Ping in 1935, Village Township in 1940, commune in 1958 and township in 1984.

On December 18, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Dazhou city to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships in Tongchuan District and other five counties (districts) (cfzm [2019] No. 21): Jiuling town and Jintan Town were abolished, and the administrative areas of Jiuling town and Jintan Town were put under the jurisdiction of Guancun Town, and Guancun Town People's government was stationed at No. 113 xiajie.

Guancun town is high in the East and low in the west, mainly hilly, with the highest altitude of 970 meters, covering an area of 36.84 square kilometers. In 2002, it was named as the model town of comprehensive management of social security by Sichuan provincial Party committee and government. The area is rich in forest and mineral resources, rich in rice, wheat, fruits, sericulture, vegetables and other cash crops. Guangkai highway runs through the whole town from east to west. Guandu highway is connected with Guangkai highway in the West. Every village in the town is connected with highway, and there is a large bus station. Changzhen is the largest economic and cultural exchange center in the west of Tieshan.

Gaozhai village of Guancun town is located in the center of Guancun Town, on the west side of the town. Dapeng highway runs through the whole village, with 43 party members. In 2008, Gaozhai village was a municipal village to improve the construction of new socialist countryside in Dazhou city.

The village has always regarded the development of "one village, one product" as a "wealth project" to help farmers increase their income, strengthened infrastructure construction, and actively introduced new technologies and new varieties. Now there are more than 30 kinds of citrus varieties, focusing on the development of Hamlin Sweet Orange and Ponkan. The planting area covers the whole village, with a planting area of more than 1000 mu. By vigorously cultivating "one village, one product", the total output was 115 million yuan in 2007 The total output value is nearly 6 million yuan, including 625 tons of high-quality Hamlin Sweet Orange, with an output value of 3.75 million yuan. Farmers' income from "one village, one product" accounts for more than 75% of the annual per capita net income. The construction of "one village, one product" promotes farmers to become rich and increase their income.

Sports work

1. Combined with the actual situation of the town, the annual sports work plan and year-end work summary were formulated.
