Bell town

Mingzhong town is a town under the jurisdiction of wusheng County, Guang'an City, Sichuan Province. It is located in the northeast of the county, 6.3km away from the county. It covers an area of 31.48 square kilometers and has a population of 14923 (2017). Yuechi Xinglong highway runs through the territory, and Suining wusheng Guang'an expressway, which has been under construction, passes through the territory. Mingzhong township was established in 1942, changed to Mingzhong commune in 1958, and restored to Mingzhong Township in 1983.

On December 11, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved the adjustment of administrative divisions of some townships in Guang'an City (cfzm [2019] No. 16): Mingzhong township was abolished and Mingzhong town was established. The administrative area of Mingzhong town was the administrative area of the former Mingzhong Township, and Mingzhong town was located at No. 61, Jinzhong street.
