Baozhensai town

Baozhensai town is a town under the jurisdiction of wusheng County, Guang'an City, Sichuan Province. It is located in the southwest of wusheng County, on the left bank of Jialing River. It was originally named Nonglin township. Because fangjiagou village in the township is famous for its ancient village baozhensai in the late Qing Dynasty, it was renamed baozhensai township. On November 6, 2014, with the consent of Sichuan Provincial People's government, Baosheng County abolished baozhensai Township and established baozhensai town.

Evolution of organizational system

In Qing Dynasty, baozhensai town belonged to wanshanchang, deqingli, Dingyuan county. During the period of the Republic of China, Li He Chang was abandoned and Wanshan township was set up. Baozhensai town belongs to Wanshan township.

In August 1943 (32 years of the Republic of China), Longling township was separated from Wanshan township. Because there were longsan temple and lingfo cave built in the Northern Song Dynasty (1094-1097), it was named Longling, the first character of the two temples.

During the cultural revolution of the people's Republic of China, because of political reasons, after 1966, it was used to be written as an agricultural and Forestry Township, and the township government was stationed in the old street.

In the 1970s, due to the earthquake, the township government moved to the current site.

In 2004, it was renamed baozhensai Township because of the famous ancient village "baozhensai" (also known as baozhenzhai) in fangjiagou village.

On November 6, 2014, with the consent of Sichuan Provincial People's government, baozhensai township was abolished and baozhensai town was established.

geographical environment

Baozhensai town is 22 kilometers away from wusheng County, connecting Pengxi County of Suining City in the West and Hechuan District of Chongqing City in the south. Provincial highway S304 passes through the town, and is 2.5 kilometers away from wusheng railway station of Lanzhou Chongqing railway. The township covers an area of 26.57 square kilometers.

Baozhensai town governs 16 administrative villages and 143 villager groups. They are: Nonglin, xiaochikou, nongshan, sumawan, Jinfu, antangpo, Liangshuijing, shiqiaogou, fangjiagou, Shuanghekou, Yuanchi, shizichong, Yulin, Shanwang, Daping and shuangshiba.

Sociology

The rural cooperative medical system has been established in wusheng County, and baozhensai town has been popularized. There are health centers, postal agencies, savings offices, TV turntables, farmers' markets and other facilities in Xiangchang town.

education

The earliest modern school in baozhensai town is the Second District primary school in wusheng County, which was founded in February 1919 (8 years of the Republic of China). It is located in longsan Temple (the center of baozhensai town) in Wanshan township (today's Wanshan town). In 1927 (the 16th year of the Republic of China), Xu Shu, the governor of the county, used the monk field of longsan temple as the fund for learning, and the donation from Duan's ancestral hall stopped. There are 15 schools in baozhensai junior high school, baozhensai primary school, shizichong primary school and shiqiaogou primary school.

Travel

In fangjiagou village, baozhenzhai Town, there is baozhensai, an ancient village in the late Qing Dynasty, which is now a national AAAA tourist attraction. Baozhensai was built in the autumn of 1911 (the third year of Xuantong of Qing Dynasty), covering an area of more than 26000 square meters. It is a fully enclosed residential complex in eastern Sichuan built by Duan's family to avoid war. It integrates military defense and daily life. The cottage is built according to the mountain, with the architectural style of Tuancheng in Southern Fujian and the characteristics of folk houses in the south of the Yangtze River. The house is exquisitely designed, orderly overlapped, antique and unique. It covers an area of more than 26000 square meters, 8 patios, 108 doors, 6.5 meters high, 0.4 to 1.5 meters wide and 560 meters long.

Honors

On July 29, 2020, it was reconfirmed as a national health township (county) in 2019.

In September 2020, it will be selected as the second batch of cultural tourism characteristic towns in Sichuan Province.
