Yufeng Township

Yufeng Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Yuechi County, Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, is located in the northeast of Yuechi County, 36 kilometers away from Yuechi County. It is connected with Tianping town and Goujiao town in the south, Changtian town in the west, Shengguan town in Nanchong City in the northwest, Fengshi town in Pengan County in the East and Xingwang town in Pengan County in the northeast. There are many scenic spots in the township, such as Jincheng Houshan, Xiangbi River and so on.

Introduction to Yufeng Township

Yufeng township has 9653 mu of cultivated land (7437 mu of farmland and 2216 mu of soil), with 0.0556 ha of cultivated land per capita. The forest area is 16148.5 mu (Natural Forest 12112.5 mu, barren mountain afforestation 2640 mu, public welfare forest 1396 mu), and the forest coverage area is 97%. The township is rich in tourism resources. There are famous Xiangbi River, Jincheng Mountain and Jincheng Houshan in the township. Jincheng Mountain has ninety-nine peaks, thirty-six springs and forty-eight caves. The terrain is very dangerous, the valley is deep, the peaks are luxuriant and the grass is green, and there are also human landscapes such as buxuyan, qianjianchi, baopu'an, shajingshi, Huixian bridge, etc. The elephant trunk river is named after a strange stone pile at the end of the river, which looks like the trunk of an elephant. Yufeng township is rich in various forest landscapes, landform landscapes and karst cave landscapes, and the forest changes are colorful. It is an ideal forest bath and natural breeding bar.

Yufeng Township governs Qilong village, Chuanzhu village, huafengan village, Dashimen village, Jincheng village, Shuntian village, laomenya village, Bazhi village, zhoujiazhai village, Yufeng village, daguzhai village, zhoujiatang village, linbeiban village and longquangou village. As of 2011, Yufeng township has jurisdiction over 14 villages, including 94 villager groups, 1 Longfeng community and 5 resident groups.

Rural economy

The pace of agricultural industrialization in Yufeng township was accelerated. First, the development of industrial raw material forest, as of 2010, the township has developed 4800 mu of industrial raw material forest. At the end of 2008, Guang'an Silian company was introduced to the township for development, and the cooperative afforestation mode of company plus farmers was adopted to develop 4800 mu of industrial raw material forest (cupboard Eucalyptus) in Shuntian, laomenya, zhoujiazhai, Chuanzhu, Qilong, longquangou and other villages of the township. The second is to introduce Jincheng Mountain wild boar breeding Co., Ltd. In September 2009, Yufeng village of the township rented 300 mu of woodland, with a phase I investment of 3 million yuan to develop large-scale wild boar breeding, which can bring 15000 yuan income to the masses of the two communities every year, and the masses can still work in the company without going out. Medical education

As of 2011, the township has a central primary school, with junior high school department and primary school department, one village primary school, one village primary school, six junior high school classes and 14 primary school classes. There are 1 health center and 16 village cooperative medical stations in the township, all of which have been included in the rural medical insurance.

Yufeng township is rich in tourism resources, especially Xiangbei river. Bihe river is about four kilometers long, winding, because there is a hill at the end of the river, the shape is strange, looking like an elephant's trunk, stretching into the water, so this river is called Xiangbi river. Elephant trunk river is five or six feet wide, like a long gem inlaid between the high rocks on both sides. On the west side of the elephant trunk river, there are jijingao and antangpo, which compare with each other and throw out the mountain springs as much as possible. Waterfall straight down, silver splash, suspected to be immortal, leaving white practice. The trees on both sides of the Strait are green, and the vines are winding around the rocks. Birds are playing, and bees are flying and butterflies are dancing. Slow down by boat, with mountain breeze and cool air. Clear water, embrace the boat board, issued a whisper, affectionate. Clear water comes from the upstream, mingles with the river, and holds hands. The Huilong lake, where the elephant trunk river joins, is inlaid in the grassy mountains on both sides. The water here is as vast as jade. On the lake, boats are flying, fish are singing, silver scales are racing, and waterfowls are flying. When it's cloudy and rainy, the mountains are covered in the sky, and when it's sunny, the eyes are green.
