Taipeng township is located in the northeast of Yingshan County, Sichuan Province, 50 kilometers away from the county seat, covering an area of 26.22 square kilometers, adjacent to Yilong in the north. It has jurisdiction over 11 villages, 79 agricultural cooperatives and 9340 people.
