Yuanjiaxi township is under the jurisdiction of Mabian Yi Autonomous County, Leshan City, Sichuan Province. It is located in the south of the county, 23 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 111.65 square kilometers. The township mainly produces rice and corn. There are provincial enterprise forest snow tea base and Fuma technology company.

On May 18, 2020, the people's Government of Sichuan Province decided to abolish yuanjiaxi township.

Yuanjiaxi township is located in the southeast of Mabian Yi Autonomous County, about 23 kilometers away from the seat of the county people's government. It covers an area of 111.65 square kilometers.

Regional population

It governs four villages, namely yuanjiaxi, zhuangjiaba, Jianshe and erluo, with 14 groups and a total population of 3924 people (2017), belonging to a pure Yi inhabited township.
