Sanlie town

Sanlie town is under the jurisdiction of Dongxing District, Neijiang City, Sichuan Province. On March 10, 2016, the people's Government of Sichuan Province officially issued the reply of the people's Government of Sichuan Province on Approving the adjustment of some township administrative divisions in Dongxing District of Neijiang City (cfzm [2016] No. 2). The reply: sanlie township was cancelled and sanlie town was established.

In December 2019, with the approval of Sichuan provincial government, sanlie town was cancelled, and its administrative region was put under the jurisdiction of Shuangcai town. The people's Government of Shuangcai town was stationed at 96 Shuangcai road.

Sanlie town is located in the northwest of Dongxing District, Neijiang City, Sichuan Province. It is connected with Shuangcai town in the East and south, Fuxi town in the West and Longshan Township in Zizhong County in the north. The town people's government is located in guanjiaao, about 7km away from the Shuangcai exit of neisui Expressway and 18km away from Dongxing District People's government. Sanlie town covers an area of 23.39 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 12 villager committees and Baiyun community neighborhood committees. There are 9648 people in the town (2017). According to the master plan of Neijiang City, sanlie station will be set up in sanlie town for the Mianyang Suining Neiyi intercity railway, and the construction time is yet to be determined.
