social undertakings
First, focus on rural drinking water safety.
Water is the source of life. It is more important to solve the problem of drinking clean water for nearly 23000 rural residents. We should implement the rural drinking water safety project planning, strengthen the environmental protection of rural drinking water sources, and build clean water sources. Scientific and reasonable planning of rural centralized drinking water source protection, do a good job in the town sewage outlets, strengthen the monitoring and management of scattered water sources, prevent water pollution accidents. Speed up the sewage treatment facilities in the centralized water supply department of the town, and take various ways to deal with domestic sewage. At the same time, we should manage the water environment of key streams.
Second, efforts should be made to prevent rural agricultural production sewage.
Environmental pollution and ecological damage of various households and enterprises have become prominent problems affecting the rural ecological environment. We should adhere to environmental standards, strengthen environmental supervision, and effectively stop illegal emissions of enterprises. Reduce pollution emissions from the source, prevent pollution from poultry breeding and aquaculture, actively promote soil testing and formulated fertilization, ensure that farmers use efficient and low toxic pesticide residues, prevent water pollution in agriculture and rural areas, and build clean countryside.
Third, we should vigorously promote the comprehensive management of rural environment.
Clean environment is the specific guarantee of farmers' production and life. On the one hand, we should start to carry out the governance work in key areas, take effective measures to focus on the prominent pollution problems that seriously endanger the health of rural residents in individual areas and the strong response of the masses, and implement "promoting governance with awards" for the villages (communities) that have solved the pollution problems after governance. On the other hand, we should continue to promote the healthy development We should do a good job in domestic waste treatment, build waste treatment pools, strengthen greening and beautification, and implement "reward instead of compensation" for villages and communities that have passed the ecological environment inspection and acceptance. The responsibility of these two aspects goes to the village (community), and the township finance increases the support with the reward funds. Everything starts from the reality and adapts measures to local conditions to build a clean home. (Yueshan township party and government office) accelerating the construction of oil roads in villages is of great importance to promote the construction of new socialist countryside, improve the production and living conditions of rural people, coordinate urban and rural development, and promote the increase of farmers' income. The Party committee and government of Yueshan Township fully realize the importance of Village Road, and take promoting rural traffic construction as the top priority of government work. In 2008, the township set off an unprecedented climax in the history of the construction of the village road. By the end of October 2008, 16.1 kilometers of oil roads and cement roads have been built to connect villages and townships, realizing the oil roads of Yanfeng village which was originally merged. As planned in 2008, the construction of 12.7km oil road connecting six villages including Hongshan village, Liangshui village, Qinggang village, Tubao village, liangya village and Baogai village has been completed. 2.8 km of 3.4 km cement roads have been completed in Zijing and qinchai villages. On October 1, the 11 kilometer oil road from Baiyi to Yueshan led to a celebration ceremony. With the smooth flow of oil road between villages and villages, the advantageous resources such as Yueshan fruits, live pigs and agricultural products have been transformed into advantageous capital, gradually realizing the goal of enriching the masses, benefiting the masses and facilitating the masses.
