Mingjue town

Mingjue town is located in the west of Zhaohua District, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. It is adjacent to Meishu Township in the East, Hongyan Township and Baiguo Township in the south, shejian Township and Zhaohua Township in the west, and Longtan Township in Lizhou District of Guangyuan in the north. It covers an area of 44.75 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 7 village committees and a community neighborhood committee in Qianfeng, Huafeng, Lihua, Yunfeng, maoke, e Xiang and Wufang, and 51 village groups in the town, with a total population of 5697 (2017), Han nationality. The temple is named after the Buddhist doctrine which indicates that one can become a Buddha by realizing one's inner nature.
