Huapeng town

Huapeng town is the political, economic and cultural center of Anzhou district. From the official approval of the State Council in May 2000 to the relocation of the county government in April 2002, this young, beautiful and modern city in Western China has entered a comprehensive and large-scale construction.

With a total area of 95 square kilometers and a population of 79276 (2017), it is only 10 kilometers away from Mianyang Science and technology city. It has outstanding geographical advantages and is an important absorption area, satellite city and back garden to accept the urban functions of Mianyang Science and technology city. It is a waterfront garden city with modern European architecture, elegance and magnificence.

On December 25, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved the adjustment of administrative divisions of some towns and townships in Mianyang City (cfgm [2019] No. 27): Xingren township was cancelled and its administrative area was put under the jurisdiction of Huapeng Town, and Huapeng Town People's government was stationed at No. 71 Jiefang Street.

Historical evolution

Huapeng was named Yichang County in Tang Dynasty. The county was located in Guandou mountain in the southeast of the county. Yonghe three years (AD 347), overseas Chinese home Yichang county (Sichuan an County Huapeng town Lianfeng village Guandou mountain), belongs to Brazil county.

In 552 ad, Yichang and Jinxing counties belonged to Zitong county.

In the sixth year of the Northern Zhou Dynasty (571 A.D.), it was transferred to Wan'an county. In 583 ad, Yichang county was abolished and merged into Jinshan County. Huapeng town was a place where general Hua Hengzhi led the army to fight and set up a camp when Qin Dynasty merged with the whole world, and built a 500 meter long street with local rich blue and white stones. In memory of general Hua Hengzhi, the street built with blue and white stone is called "Flower Street". Because the word "street" is not elegant, according to the sentence of "Qing Yang floats, and the root of the tree is sui" in the book of Han Dynasty, the local gentleman takes the meaning of "warm spring wind, and the plants sprout", and uses the homonym "street" to refer to "Peng", later known as "Huapeng town".

On May 26, 2000, the Ministry of Civil Affairs approved the relocation of an County People's government from Anchang town to Huapeng town with the approval of the State Council.

In April 2002, Anxian county was officially moved from Anchang town to Huapeng town.

In March 2016, the reply of the State Council on approving Sichuan Province to adjust some administrative divisions of Mianyang City (Guo Han [2016] No. 57): it is agreed to abolish an County and establish an Zhou District of Mianyang City, with the former administrative region of an County as the administrative region of an Zhou District, and the people's Government of an Zhou District is stationed at No. 8, Yinhe Avenue, Huapeng town.

In December 2019, with the consent of Sichuan Provincial People's government, Xingren township was abolished and its administrative region was put under the jurisdiction of Huapeng Town, which is located at 71 Jiefang street.

Haoyi Pharmaceutical Group's small injection production project and production and scientific research center started construction in Huapeng town

The project belongs to the second phase project of haodoctor Pharmaceutical Group in Anxian County, with a total investment of 160 million yuan. The first phase project has an investment of 46 million yuan. After it is completed and put into operation, it can produce 20000 pieces of haodoctor brand compound qiaqing injection and 25000 pieces of haodoctor brand SangJiang Ganmao injection annually. After the whole project is completed and put into operation, the annual output value can exceed 1 billion yuan, and the tax revenue will exceed 50 million yuan.

Haodoctor group is a well-known private pharmaceutical group in our province. It acquired Anxian pharmaceutical factory in 1998 and established Sichuan haodoctor Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In 2003, it invested 37 million yuan to build a new pharmaceutical industry project in Huapeng town. It mainly produced more than 20 kinds of drugs and health food, such as SangJiang Ganmao tablets and Kanggan granules. It successfully passed the GMP certification of national drugs and health food. The annual output value exceeded 80 million yuan, and the tax was more than 3 million yuan. It created more than 300 new jobs for Anxian county.
