Glacier town

Glacier town of Shifang City is located in the middle and south of Longmen Mountains in the northwest of Western Sichuan plain, 28 km away from Shifang City and 88 km away from Chengdu, the provincial capital. It borders Pengzhou in the southwest, Luoshui Town, Jiandi town and Yinghua town in the East and northwest respectively. In December 1995, the township was removed to build a town. There are 7 administrative villages, 1 community neighborhood committee and 64 villager groups under the jurisdiction of Xingong, Shuangqiao, firecracker garden, Tianqiao, Wuma, shanmulin and nanmu villages. Shifang Yinghua mountain scenic spot

Located in the northwest of Shifang County, Yinghua mountain is 37 km away from Shifang county and 98 km away from Chengdu City. It is a high mountain scenic spot with natural landscape. The three falls are the most distinctive in the scenic area. The vegetation of Yinghua mountain is excellent, and it has a good reputation of "Yinghua Emerald". The famous swan is composed of pine and fir forests covering an area of nearly 8 square kilometers. Shifang black and white tea belongs to Lauraceae and xylocarpus. Small evergreen tree with herbaceous leaves, alternate, elliptic, obovate ballpoint pen shaped, apex acuminate to cusp, base cuneate, back gray white, curly pilose. The flowering period is September, and the fruiting period is from May to June of the next year. Tender leaves can be used as drinks, known as "white tea", "eagle tea", "black and white tea", "leopard skin Cinnamomum camphora". It occurs in the East, West and south of Sichuan Basin. It often grows in the evergreen broad-leaved forest of 1000-1500 meters above sea level. Some of zizhuping black and white tea trees in muguaping village of Hongbai town have a diameter of 50 cm. According to many farmers, some tea trees are 500 years old and have been eating black and white tea for more than 1000 years.
