Luzhou Chemical Industry Park

Luzhou chemical industry park is located about 3km southwest of the urban area of Naxi District, Luzhou City, with a total planning area of 16.05km2, close to the golden waterway of the Yangtze River. There are Naxi station of longhuang railway, exit of Naxi station of Longna Expressway and Shilongyan wharf of the Yangtze River in the park.

Brief introduction of the park

It is 15 kilometers away from the center of Luzhou City and 11 kilometers away from Luzhou Lantian airport. It is a characteristic industrial park (1525 project) with a growth type of over 10 billion yuan in Sichuan Province.

Park Planning

The planning area of the park is 16.05 square kilometers, with Yongning River as the boundary, which is divided into eastern and western areas. The Eastern District has a planned area of 7.57 square kilometers, based on the existing units of Lutianhua group, focusing on the development of synthetic ammonia and oil chemical industry; the western district has a planned area of 8.48 square kilometers, relying on expressways, railways and ports, focusing on the development of methanol and downstream industry, sulfur, phosphorus and titanium industry and petrochemical deep processing industry. By 2012, the sales revenue of the park will exceed 10 billion yuan.

Industry and undertaking direction

The Park focuses on the development of four industrial chains, namely: coal chemical industry chain, oil chemical industry chain, sulfur phosphorus titanium industry chain and petrochemical deep processing industry chain.

Investment policy

1. Land policy: flexible land use. Special discussion on land price of major projects. (1) the income tax paid by industrial enterprises at district level shall be fully subsidized by the finance at the same level for two years and reduced by half for three years. The income tax paid by enterprises in the tertiary industry at the district level will be fully subsidized for one year and half subsidized for two years. (2) special financial support policies shall be implemented for investment projects with large investment scale, high scientific and technological content and remarkable economic and social benefits.
