Lianggaoshan Street

Lianggaoshan street, subordinate to Da'an District, Zigong City, Sichuan Province, has three communities: Lianggaoshan community, banzhulin community and shangtianba community. Located in the northeast of Zigong City, it is located in the middle of the tourism line from shenhaijing to Dinosaur Museum in Zigong City. The administrative area is distributed in strips. It is adjacent to Dashanpu in the southeast, Da'an street in the West and Xinmin Town in the north. It covers an area of 11000 mu.

History of construction

In 1939, it belonged to the seventh and eighth District of Zigong. In March 1950, some of them were divided into the third district and some into the fourth district. In August 1951, 10 residential sections were established in the third and fourth districts (Dashanpu and huangjingwan as 1 section, hengjiezi as 2 sections, Lianggaoshan and paifangba as 20 sections, banzhulin as 21 sections, jiangjiawan as 22 sections, shenhaijing as 23 sections, jinghuawan as 24 sections, shangtianba as 25 sections, changshanling as 26 sections, huangjuewan as 27 sections). In February 1953, it was merged into six neighborhood committees, including Lianggaoshan, shangtianba, huangjuewan, jinghuawan, banzhulin and Dashanpu, to establish Lianggaoshan Street office. It was renamed Lianggaoshan sub district office in 1954, jinghuawan was designated as Da'an street in 1955, shangtianba was designated as Da'an street in 1959, Lianggaoshan branch was renamed as Lianggaoshan sub district office in September 1960, shangtianba was designated as Lianggaoshan sub district office in December. In November 1968, Lianggaoshan Street Revolutionary Committee was established. In 1978, the Revolutionary Committee was abolished and called Lianggaoshan sub district office. In 1984, the neighborhood committee of the family members of the new oil construction brigade was established. In January 2002, the neighborhood committee changed its name to community. In December 2017, Lianggaoshan and shangtianba communities were administrated.

Topography and climate

The landform of the street is of Qiandan type, with an elevation difference of 50 meters between the north and the south, and an altitude of 320 (± 30) meters. Guanghua mountain and zhongyun mountain are separated from each other in the northwest, and Renhe road is separated from Daan street. The annual precipitation is 682.3-1214.3 mm, mainly in summer. The annual average temperature is 17.8 ℃. There is no severe cold in winter, no severe heat in summer, four distinct seasons, sufficient rainfall, short spring and autumn, long winter and summer.

There are commercial streets such as Renmin Road, Guanghua Road, Renhe road and Longjing street, professional markets such as big farmer's market, Longjing farmer's market, Heda private city and Longjing auto parts market, and residential districts such as oasis garden, Hongfeng Butterfly Valley, shanlanyuan, zhongyunshan, Renhe Peninsula Liyuan, WanJiaYuan and Renhe Jiayuan.

Population and nationality

At the end of 2017, the total population was 47710, including 910 people aged 80 or above. There are four Miao, four Tujia, three Hui, one Buyi, three Zhuang, one Qiang, two Tibetan, three Zhuang and two Manchu people living in the territory.
