Sujia town is located in the South Gate of Dayi County, 5km away from the county. It has 12 administrative villages, 126 agricultural communities and 20236 people (2017). The altitude is 500 meters, the maximum temperature is 35 ℃, the minimum temperature is 2 ℃, the annual average temperature is 16.2 ℃, the annual frost free period is 280 days, the annual precipitation is 1106.2 mm, and the annual sunshine is 1092.5 hours.

In December 2019, Chengdu issued the reply to the request for instructions on the adjustment of administrative divisions of some townships (streets) in 15 districts (cities) and counties including Longquanyi District. The cultivated land area is 615 mu, the perennial vegetable area accounts for 150 mu, and the vegetable multiple cropping area reaches 1100 mu. 2. Suchang Village (now incorporated into Hongqiao community) is dominated by seasoning vegetables. There are 10 communities in the village, and 5 communities are planting vegetables. The cultivated land area is 650 mu, the perennial vegetable planting area is 350 mu, and the multiple vegetable planting area is 700 mu. 3. Jianxin Village (now incorporated into Hongqiao community) is located on the left side of Da'an highway, near the xiejiang river. There are five agricultural production cooperatives with a population of 1110. The cultivated land area is 683 mu, and the per capita cultivated land is 0.61 mu. It is mainly planted with conventional yield vegetables. The annual vegetable planting area reaches 150 mu, and the multiple vegetable planting area reaches 1300 mu. 4. Zitong Village (now incorporated into Zitong Village) is dominated by greenhouse off-season vegetables. There are 9 communities in the village, accounting for 8 communities growing vegetables. The whole village has 666 mu of arable land, 350 mu of perennial vegetable planting area and 1200 mu of multiple vegetable planting area. 5. Ecological resources
