Fuhong town

Fuhong town is located in the south of Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, connecting Renhe Township and Qingquan town in the East, Longwang Town and Shibantan town in Xindu District in the west, Yaodu town in the north, Wen'an town and Yihe town in Longquanyi District in the south, 26 km away from Chengdu City. It is 24 kilometers away from Qingbaijiang District government and 3.5 kilometers away from Qingquan exit of Chengnan Road. Covering an area of 39.41 square kilometers, the town governs 9 administrative villages including democracy, progress, Xinghua, Xingfu, Ziku, Shengli, Tuanjie, Lanchong and Xianfeng, 131 villager groups, with a total population of 20088 (2017), and a cultivated land area of 29976 mu.

On December 23, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Chengdu to adjust the administrative divisions of 15 counties (cities, districts) including Longquanyi District (cfgm [2019] No. 24): Renhe township was abolished and its administrative region was put under the jurisdiction of Fuhong town. After the adjustment, Fuhong town governs yuanrenhe Township and progressive village, Minzhu village, Xianfeng village, Ziku village, Lanchong village and Xinghua village, and the people's Government of Fuhong town is located at 34 Longsheng street.

Introduction to villages and towns

The people's Government of Sichuan Province officially issued an official reply, agreeing to abolish Fuhong Township and establish Fuhong town in Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu City, which governs the administrative region of laifuhong township.

Fuhong town is one of the top ten oil and gas field centers in China (Liaojia oil and gas center). It is rich in oil and gas resources underground. It has Jinpeng 2 well station in West Sichuan production and Transportation Department of Sinopec Southwest Company. Fuhong township has a long history of carpet production. There are more than 50 manufacturers and nearly 200 production sites in Fuhong township. It can produce ordinary carpet and rare carpet, which are exported to Tibet, Qinghai, Xinjiang and other ethnic regions. Fuhong township has ten thousand mu high-quality apricot base and golden pear industrial belt. Jiefang village and Xingfu village of Fuhong town are rich in shale resources with high quality and convenient transportation, which are suitable for the construction of shale brick factory. Fuhong town has more than 260 specialized breeding households, including rabbit, chicken, pig, fish, crispy snail, etc. There are ten thousand mu fruit tree base and golden pear industrial belt with high-quality apricot as the main planting industry.

In December 2019, the reply to the request for instructions on the adjustment of administrative divisions of some townships (streets) in 15 districts (cities) and counties including Longquanyi District of Chengdu City cancelled Renhe Township and put its administrative areas under the jurisdiction of Fuhong town; Shengli village, Xingfu village and Tuanjie village of Fuhong town were put under the jurisdiction of Qingquan Town, and the people's Government of Qingquan town was stationed at 68 Qingshi road. After the adjustment, Fuhong town governs yuanrenhe Township and progressive village, Minzhu village, Xianfeng village, Ziku village, Lanchong village and Xinghua village, and the people's Government of Fuhong town is located at 34 Longsheng street.

Honors

In March 2020, it will be selected as an advanced township in Sichuan Province to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy in 2019.

On July 29, 2020, it was named as the National Health township (county) of 2017-2019 cycle by the National Patriotic Health Campaign Committee.
