Fung Ying Zi Town, a new high-tech Industrial Development Zone in Chengde, Chengde, Hebei, is located in the southwest of Shuangqiao District, adjacent to Dashi Miao Town in the East, adjacent to the new Zhang Zi Township in Chengde and the chencanzi Township in Shuangluan District, and north to the Dashi temple town and the Pianqiao town in Shuangluan District, with a total area of 83.27 square kilometers.
