Shengquan Street

Jiangjin District governs streets, Shengquan Street governs 9 communities and 2 villages (Shengquan community, Shuanglong community, Haihui community, Zhongdu community, daguanqiao community, Huxi community, Changling community, Tubao community, Xiangtang community, Doushi village, Sanhe Village). The neighborhood office is located at No. 1 Xuetang Road, Binjiang New City (huxiyuan community). The street covers an area of about 50.4 square kilometers, with a population of more than 80000. Among them, the planned construction area of Binjiang New Town is 19.8 square kilometers, with a planned population of 180000. The completed central city covers an area of 10 square kilometers, with a floating population of more than 16000 in key schools, enterprises and institutions such as engineering vocational college, Affiliated School of Beijing Normal University and China Construction Bridge Co., Ltd. Degan Industrial Park covers 25 hectares and Shuangfu Industrial Park covers 5.26 square kilometers.

In August 2017, the administrative division reform of Jiangjin district was approved by Chongqing Municipal People's government to establish Shengquan street.

geographical position

Located in the north of Jiangjin District, Chongqing, it is adjacent to Shuangfu street in the north, Jijiang street across the Yangtze River in the south, degan street in the West and Xipeng town in Jiulongpo District in the East.

Historical evolution

In August 2017, Chongqing Municipal People's government agreed to add Shengquan street. Shengquan Street governs 9 communities and 2 villages. The original Jijiang street is transferred to Shengquan community and 3533sanchang community (renamed Haihui community in 2019). The original degan street is transferred to Zhongdu community, Sanhe Village and Doushi village. The original Shuangfu street is transferred to Changling community, Tubao community and Xiangtang community. In 2019, it is decided to establish Huxi community, Shuanglong community and daguanqiao community. The sub district office is located at No.1 Xuetang Road, Binjiang New Town.

Xijiang Avenue, Nanbei Avenue and Jinma Avenue form the urban road skeleton; it is close to Xipeng interchange of Chongqing Ring Expressway, and the soon to be built Chongqing Luzhou north line passes through the territory; Chengdu Chongqing railway passes through the territory, and Chongqing Kunming high speed railway will set up Jiangjin North Station in the territory; Chongqing Rail Transit Line 5 extension line runs through the north and south of the jurisdiction, with Jiangjin high speed railway station and shengquansi station, which are expected to open in September 2021 Trial operation.
