Tuwan Street

Tuwan covers an area of 1.28 square kilometers and has a permanent population of 45144 (in 2010). It is the east gate of the sand district. In order to solve the problem of people's travel difficulty, the road construction in the area under the internal planning should be implemented in advance, the dead end road should be connected, and the traffic line from Hanyu Road (Longquan Road) - model village - shabin road should be opened up.

2. Take the construction of Binjiang Road Economic Belt as the main axis. With high-income groups as the main target group, shabin road will be built into a business and leisure area, as a supplement to the triangle monument business circle, to enhance the image of the east gate of the sand district.

3. Take hinterland development as the key. Make full use of the vacant land after the crisis for project development and construction. Grasp the "four ones" construction of healthy Shapingba, actively strive for the venue construction to settle in Tuwan, and build a "sports and cultural activity center". There are five reasons: first, it has a wide range of radiation. As there are no large-scale sports and cultural venues in Yuzhong District and Jiangbei District, the radiation areas can at least include Shapingba District, Yuzhong District and Jiangbei District.
