Wenluo Town, subordinate to Lingshui Li Autonomous County of Hainan Province, is located in the middle of Lingshui Li Autonomous County. It borders Yelin town and Sancai town in the East and south, Longguang town in the West and Lingshui River in the north. The town people's government is 9 kilometers away from the county seat. The total area is 52 square kilometers.

In 1952, Wenluo township was established. In 1988, it was changed to Wenluo town. By the end of 2018, the population of Wen Luo town registered residence was 16356. As of June 2020, Wenluo town has jurisdiction over six administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Wenying village.
