Problems and difficulties

The default of social pension cannot be solved. The farm has a poor economic foundation, slow development and limited economic income. All the insured are agricultural workers. After the disaster, the loss of crops is serious and they are unable to pay the social pension. By the end of 2006, the whole farm owed 3.92 million yuan of social pension. In addition, the whole audience has not yet participated in urban and rural social medical insurance. 5.
