Sanmenhai town

Sanmenhai Town, formerly known as Paoli Township, was changed into a town system and renamed Sanmenhai town in 2015. Sanmenhai town is located in the south of Fengshan county. The people's Government of Sanmenhai town is located in Yueli village, 28 kilometers away from the county. It is at the junction of Donglan, Bama and Fengshan counties. Bama, Nanning and Baise in Nantong, Tiane and Donglan in Beitong are the South Gate of Fengshan County. The total area of the town is 121.5 square kilometers, 98% of which belongs to mountainous area, 68% of which belongs to karst landform of dashishan area. The town has jurisdiction over 7 administrative villages, namely Yueli, poxin, nongren, moutun, ren'an, Yangdong and tingshe, with 84 villager groups and 156 natural villages, with a total population of 15665. There are three nationalities, Zhuang, Han and Yao, living scattered.

Economic situation

In 2014, the town's GDP was 68 million yuan, the investment in social fixed assets was 30.68 million yuan, and the total retail sales of social consumer goods was 2.8 million yuan. The main economic crops in the town include corn, rice, star anise, Camellia oleifera, walnut, silkworm, etc. the per capita net income of farmers is 4500 yuan. In 2014, 128 mu of sugarcane was planted in the whole town, the area of silkworm planting demonstration "point belt" was stable at 4250 mu, the total area of Walnut in the whole town was stable at about 21000 mu, and the walnut planting demonstration bases in ren'an village and nongren village were growing well. In the whole year, more than 20000 mu of agricultural grain crops were planted, including 6492 mu of corn (including late corn), 2610 mu of rice, 2920 mu of soybean and 1655 mu of sweet potato.

Sanmenhai town has convenient road traffic. All seven administrative villages have achieved "village to village" road. There are six village to village cement roads (oil roads). There are still village to village cement roads under construction in nongren village. 85% of natural villages have opened village level roads, and 27 natural villages have achieved village level road hardening. There are 25 drinking projects and 1379 domestic water tanks in the township; the diversion dam of Hechi Liangwan hydropower station is built in liangwantun, Yueli village, Paoli Township, with an installed capacity of 27600 kW and an average annual power generation of 107.2 million kwh. There are 12 schools in the town, including 4 kindergartens, 7 primary schools and 1 junior high school; there are 1 health center and 7 village clinics, which have realized that every village has a health room and every village has access to radio and television.

natural resources

Sanmenhai town is located at the source of longevity belt of Panyang River, with typical karst landform. There are three underground rivers passing through the town, with unique natural scenery. It is the core scenic spot of Leye Fengshan World Geopark. It has a long-standing Sanmenhai scenic spot, newly developed Dayang cave and Mawang Cave Scenic spots, and national tourism poverty alleviation pilot bases of nongcan and Nayan. Superior resource conditions have attracted Taixin Mining Development Co., Ltd., haoshanshui Co., Ltd., Jingshou Tiancheng Co., Ltd., Xinxin, Hongtai, Huatai and Delong Mining Co., Ltd. to settle in Sanmenhai.
