JinChai Town, belonging to Mashan County, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the northeast of Mashan County, bordering Hongdu town and Suiyi township of Xincheng County in the East, LiDang Yao Township in the south, Qingsheng Township and Baiwang township of Du'an Yao Autonomous County in the West and North. In 1950, JinChai district was established, belonging to Longshan County. In 1952, the Sixth District was set up, belonging to Mashan County. In 1958, Jinchai commune was established.
