Huangben town is located in Yangshan County, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province. Huangben town is beautiful and quiet. Chen Feng (1916-1986), also known as Zheping and Guoliang, is a virtuous writer. He was born in huangben Town, Yangshan County, Guangdong Province. He was admitted to Guangzhou Guangya middle school in 1935 and began to accept the idea of progress; he joined the party in 1938 and established the first party organization "Yangshan County branch of the Communist Party of China" in Yangshan at the end of the same year. He was Secretary of the CPC Guangxi Municipal Committee during the war of liberation.
