Shiqiao street, belonging to Panyu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, is located in the north of the central part of Panyu District, 17 kilometers away from Guangzhou in the north, adjacent to Zhongcun and Nancun towns, Shiqi town in the East, Shawan Town in the South and Zhongcun town in the west, covering an area of 11.35 square kilometers. As of October 2019, Shiqiao sub district office has jurisdiction over 28 communities and 8 administrative villages. The sub district office is located at No. 2, Fuhua Middle Road, Panyu District. As of 2018, the total population of Shiqiao street was 281 thousand and 200, of which 160 thousand and 800 were registered residence and 120 thousand and 400 were registered.

Shiqiao was built in the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127). After the founding of the people's Republic of China, it has always been the resident of Panyu (county, city, district) government. In March 2002, the town was removed from Shiqiao and a street was set up. The climate is humid and mild with abundant rainfall and fertile soil.

Shiqiao Baimai, Qiaocheng preserved meat and Shiqiao rice noodles are the traditional delicacies of Shiqiao.
