Luogang Street

Luogang street is located in the center of Huangpu District in Guangzhou. The administrative center of Huangpu District is located in Luogang street. The sub district office has five departments: Party and Government Office (working with discipline inspection and supervision office, people's Armed Forces Department, trade union, Communist Youth League and women's Federation), social affairs section (working with rural economic management office, hanging the brand of culture and education department, statistics office and disabled persons' Federation), comprehensive management office, family planning office and family planning service station, and community comprehensive management service, which is a public institution directly managed by the sub district Center. It covers a total area of 80.1 square kilometers and has a total resident population of 45717 (in 2010). Under the jurisdiction of Luogang, Luofeng, Shuixi, Changping, Huangma, huangdeng, Lihong, Lingtou, Xiangxue 9 communities, 57 economic cooperatives.

Luogang community

Luogang community was moved from village to residence in April 2005. It covers an area of about 12.9 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over 15 economic communities. It has a population of 8081 people and 2489 households. Most of the people have the surnames of Zhong, Luo and Li. The community Party committee has three party branches with 178 members.

Luofeng community

Luofeng community was moved from village to residence in April 2005. It covers an area of about 11 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over 12 economic communities. It has a population of 7435 people and 2257 households. The majority of the people have the surnames of Zhong, Luo and Han. The community Party committee has three party branches with 169 members.

Shuixi community

Shuixi community was moved from village to residence in April 2005. It covers an area of about 13.9 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over 11 economic communities. It has a population of 5154 people and 1569 households. Most of the people have the surnames of Zhong, Yang and Deng, as well as the surnames of Qu, Zeng and Yao. The community Party committee has three party branches with 160 members.

On August 31, 2018, Shuixi community was incorporated into the newly established Changling street.

Changping community

Changping community was moved from village to residence in April 2005. It covers an area of 13.6 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over nine economic communities with a population of 2192 and 595 households. The residents are mainly Hakkas, surnamed Zhang, Zhou, Hu, Zhong, Wen, Li, Gu, etc. The community party branch has four party groups with 62 members.

On August 31, 2018, Shuixi community was incorporated into the newly established Changling street.

Huangdeng community

Huangdeng community moved from village to residence in April 2005. It covers an area of about 6.5 square kilometers and governs four economic communities. It has a population of 1301 and 383 households. Most of the residents are Zhu and Zhang. The community party branch has three party groups with 37 members.

On August 31, 2018, Shuixi community was incorporated into the newly established Changling street.

Jute community

In April 2005, Huangma community moved from village to residence. It covers an area of about 10.2 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over six economic communities. It has a population of 2117 people and 607 households. The residents are Hakka and local. Most of them are Huang, sun, Zhang and Zhou. The community party branch has six party groups with 55 members.

On August 31, 2018, Shuixi community was incorporated into the newly established Changling street.

Lihong community

Lihong community is a non village community. It was founded in 1988, covering an area of about 1.2 square kilometers. It has a population of 1218 and 507 households. The residents are mainly Zhong. The community party branch has three party groups with 21 members.

Lingtou community

Lingtou community, established in 2002, has a population of 1647 and 658 households, covering an area of 10.8 square kilometers. The community party branch has four party groups with 57 Members.
