Located in the north of Qiyang City, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, it borders Qidong County in the East and North, xiamadu town and Lijiaping town in the south, and wenmingpu town in the West. Historical evolution

Before liberation, people went to the market in guanshanping. The place where they went to the market was next to the road and railway. At that time, the order was very chaotic, and there were often robbers. So they moved the place of the market to Hengpu. People thought Hengpu was not very nice, so it was renamed Wenfu City, which means civilized and rich. Before 1995, it was wenfushi township. In 1995, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged. Wenfushi Township and baimaotan Township were merged into wenfushi town.

Economics

The total area of the town is 59.5 square kilometers (2017), with 1499 hectares of arable land and 28348 people (2017). Qishan Mountains extend to the eastern part of the territory, with luxuriant forests and bamboos, steep streams and quiet springs, and Qishui river passes through the territory. National Highway 322 and Hunan Guangxi railway run through the north and south, which is the throat of Guangdong, Guangxi and the provincial capital. The town is the grain production base of Yongzhou, and also the key production area of forest, bamboo, sugarcane, watermelon and taro. The annual GDP of the town is 333 million yuan, and the annual fiscal revenue is 3.81 million yuan.

Fùwān

It is located in Qishan mountain, with many trees and bamboos. It is relatively rich, so it is named. Nanheling

Nánhélǐng

A mountain in the village blocks Qishui into a bay, and is located in the south of the river, so it is named nanheling. Píngyángdiàn

The village is close to the mountain in the north and a flat Dadian in the south, so it is named.
