Hongyun street is an administrative street under the jurisdiction of Kunming city.

Hongyun sub district office is located in the northern suburb of Kunming, with an area of 19.5 square kilometers, starting from Panlongjiang in the East, changchongshan in the west, Lianhua sub district office in the South and Ciba sub district office in Panlong District in the north.
