Tongtangwan street is located in Shifeng District, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. It is the core area after the integration of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. Tongtangwan street is located in Shifeng District, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. It is a newly established organization after the division adjustment of Shifeng District in 2005. It is the core area after the integration of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. It has obvious location advantages, convenient transportation conditions, and industrial enterprises gather. The Hunan Guizhou line and the planning and construction of Wuguang cross the northern area at high speed. There are eight community committees in the district: tongtangwan community, Zhushan community, Yingfeng community, Qingshuitang community, Xianghe community, Dingshan community, yangmeitang community and Qingxia community. There are five administrative villages: Qingshui village, Jianshe village, Shishi village, Xinqiao village and Xiawan village, with a population of 36925 (in 2010) and a total area of 25 square kilometers. More than 50 state-owned and private enterprises are gathered in the area, including Zhuzhou Smelter, Zhuhua chemical, Zhicheng and a large number of central, provincial and municipal key enterprises, including Tongluowan Commercial Plaza, Mingfeng industry, Qingshui smelter, Hehua cement plant, Qingshui cement plant, Zhuzhou No.2 cement pipe plant, Yongfa refinery, Baima refinery, Qingshui machinery plant, Shifeng Jianan company and QingWang cement plant Qingshuitang recycling industrial park is located in the area, with high industrial concentration, strong enterprise strength and good development prospects.
