Tianhu town

Tianhu town is known as the north gate of Song County. It is located in the middle and lower reaches of Yihe River, between Jiugao mountain, Xiyan mountain and Luhun mountain. It is a semi hilly and semi plain area with high terrain in the West and low terrain in the East. It is 20 kilometers away from the county seat and 61 kilometers away from Luoyang. East of fanpo Township, Jiudian township. Yanzhuang Township in the west, Luhun town in the south, Yichuan County and Yiyang County in the north. It is 12.5 km wide from east to west and 14 km long from north to south, with a total area of 122.91 square kilometers. It governs 30 administrative villages and 280 villager groups.

Historical evolution

Tianhu town has a long history and culture. In ancient times, it was called "Yi state". In the spring and Autumn period, luhunrong was set up and Luhun county was set up in the Han Dynasty.

In the Qing Dynasty, Tianhu was called heleli. In the Republic of China, it was called Tianhu town. After the liberation of Song County in 1947, Tianhu district was built. In 1958, Tianhu commune was built. In 1960, the county was changed to Tianhu commune in Yichuan County. In September 1961, he returned to Song County, Mingtian Lake District. In 1963, it was renamed Tianhu people's commune. In January 1984, it was changed into Tianhu township. In 1987, it was withdrawn from township to town. It has jurisdiction over 30 administrative villages, 131 natural villages, 295 villager groups, 15879 households and 75000 people.

Tianhu town is located at the intersection of the three counties. Shaoluan highway passes through the town, connecting 13 administrative villages. Nanche highway and luoluan road intersect in Luhun, and Zhencun highway runs through all villages.

There are Yihe River and its tributaries, badahe River, Tengwang River and Fengyang River in Tianhu Town, which are rich in surface and groundwater. Luhun reservoir West trunk canal and East trunk canal benefit seven administrative villages along the way. Both sides of Yi River can be irrigated by gravity. There are five reservoirs in four rivers, 78 motor wells and fertile land. It is the main agricultural development zone in Song County. The economic development pattern of Tianhu town is as follows: Yihe River high-yield Agricultural Development Zone, Dongxi mountain animal husbandry zone, western hilly orchard zone, and industry and trade zone along the highway.

The area of cultivated land in the town accounts for 13% of the county, and the area of irrigated land accounts for 35% of the county. The main grain production is summer wheat and autumn corn, intercropped with soybeans and other crops, with a total grain output of 238.45 million kg. While seizing the grain production, we should adjust the industrial structure and develop economic crops such as medicinal materials, peanuts, tobacco leaves and vegetables.

Industry

Tianhu is a big industrial town in Song County. The number of town run enterprises and private enterprises has grown to 24. The key enterprises include Guangming Cotton Textile Co., Ltd., Jinxin Chemical Co., Ltd., Dongfang Building Materials Co., Ltd., Rongcheng Chemical Co., Ltd., Yicheng Chemical Co., Ltd., Yongxing refractory Co., Ltd., Tengwang Mining Co., Ltd., Songxian No.3 Construction Co., Ltd., etc.

In 2010, the total value of the town was 1.08 billion yuan, the general budget revenue was 5.24 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 4538 yuan.

History and culture

Tianhu town has obvious location advantages and rich tourism resources.

Jiugao mountain is a famous historical mountain. On the book of songs day, it is said that "the crane calls Jiugao, and the sound is heard in the sky", which has been passed down through the ages. In the Zhou Dynasty, Lu hunrong moved to Luhun from the northwest. In the Han Dynasty, Luhun County was set up in today's ancient city, and pugou grottoes were carved in the Northern Wei Dynasty, which pioneered the art of Longmen sculpture;

The origin of Yiluo is the famous area of Neo Confucianism. Tianhu town is the place where Cheng Hao and Cheng Yi wrote books and gave lectures. Cheng Er founded Neo Confucianism here. Cheng's thought of "treating the people as if they were hurt" and his thought of chastity injected "fresh water" into Yiluo River civilization and illuminated the source of Chinese civilization. In 1462, Emperor Yingzong of the Ming Dynasty was canonized as "the hometown of two Cheng's" and "the civil official got off the sedan chair and the military official got off the horse". He walked by and respected Cheng. Emperor Li Zong of Song Dynasty granted "Lixue Kangzong", Emperor Kangxi granted "XueDa Xingtian", Emperor Guangxu and Empress Dowager Cixi wrote "Yiluo Yuanyuan" and "Xizong yanmeng";

Luhun lake is more like a bright pearl, inlaid in the Central Plains. Luhun has become the South Garden of Luoyang, the Central Plains resort center, and the transfer station of the south route of Luoyang.

Rural trade

Tianhu block has been an important goods distribution center in the south of Luoyang since Ming and Qing Dynasties, and is the second largest market in Song County. According to the records of Songxian County in 1906, the merchants gathered together and the market was bustling. A single day in the lunar calendar is a fixed day. Since the Tang Dynasty, the ancient temple assembly began to rise on March 28, April 15 and the fifth day of October in the lunar calendar, which was well-known in the Qing Dynasty. At its peak, 42 merchants from Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Hebei and Hubei provinces gathered. During the temple fair, lion, dry boat, quyi and juggling competed to perform, and four big plays were fired. There are livestock trading market, bamboo and wood weaving Market, iron goods market, general merchandise market, cloth and clothing market, daily agricultural tools market and so on. There are many stalls and a wide range of goods, which is known as "little Luoyang". After the 1960s, with the widening and expansion of luolu road and the opening of Nanche Road, Songmao Road, luche Road, Tianjiu road and other highways, a traffic network extending in all directions with Tianhu village as the center was formed, which promoted the prosperity and development of commodity trading.
