Zifu town

Zifu town is located in the middle of Ningxiang City, Hunan Province, which belongs to Ningxiang city. It was named after Zifu temple built on Yuexing mountain in the Song Dynasty, which means "Ziyu Fuxuan". The total area of the town is 88.54 square kilometers (2017), with a population of 37466 people (2017).

Name and origin

In 1995, Zifu township was merged by the people's governments of Zifu Township, tanmuqiao Township and Shanhu township. In March 2014, Zifu township was replaced by Zifu township.

Location

Zifu town is located in the middle point of Ninghui tourist line, the two rivers and three banks of Wuzhou, 17 kilometers away from the county and Huitang respectively. The market town is 27 kilometers away from Chang Chang expressway, 3 kilometers away from the interchange of Ning Shao Zhu Expressway and 7 kilometers away from the interchange of Chang Shao Lou expressway. The Chang Hua Hui Shao Expressway is about to be completed. The construction of Chang Zhu Tan outer ring road will start at the end of the year, speeding up the comprehensive integration of our town and Chang Zhu Tan economic circle. Changsha is a 30 minute drive to Changsha, with a radiation population of 25 million within one hour. It has a very superior agricultural location advantage. Zifu town is located in the center of the tourism triangle formed by Huitang international tourism resort, 5A level red tourism resort Huaminglou, and mount Sheshan, the birthplace of Fuyang Buddhism, with an annual transit of more than 4 million tourists. Zifu town is geographically located at 112 ° 02 ′ E and 27 ° 57 ′ n, with an average altitude of 82.9 m and an average annual precipitation of 1332.9 mm. The annual precipitation is mainly concentrated from April to June, with an average annual precipitation of 650 mm, accounting for 50% of the annual rainfall, an average annual evaporation of 1410.3 mm and an average relative humidity of 79%. The annual average temperature is 16.8 degrees, and the average days below 5 degrees are 32 days. The annual minimum temperature is minus 4 degrees, and the annual temperature is below 5 degrees The average sunshine hours were 1739.2 hours.

Geographical resources

Zifu town has zonal soil and red soil. The main soil types are paddy soil, red soil, tidal and river sandy soil. The parent materials of soil formation are granite, slate shale, sandstone, limestone, purple rock, Quaternary Red Soil and river sediment. The pH value of soil ranged from 5.4 to 7.9.

Specifically: Huabao village, Qixing village, Longma village, Hexing village and Yaoli village, the paddy fields on both sides of Wujiang River cover an area of 8000 mu, which are river sand and mud. The remaining 7500 Mu paddy fields are paddy soil, and the mountain is red soil, with deep soil layer and high soil fertility. Shuangliu, shanhuchong, Hequan and Qingquan River fields are river sand mud and paddy soil, while the mountain areas are red soil and fluvo aquic soil, with medium soil fertility; Dahong, Jiangquan and Wanfu village have an area of 1300 mu on both sides of the river, which are river sand mud, the rest of the paddy fields are paddy soil, and the mountain areas are red soil and fluvo aquic soil. Except Wanfu and Dahong mountain areas are rock layers, the rest of the soil layers are deep. The utilization area of dry soil in our town is more than 70%, about 30000 mu; the utilization area of mountainous area is more than 40%, about 30000 mu.

Another 2 square kilometers of Zifu Hunan food material industrial park is located in the county Jinyu industrial concentration area, which governs 12 administrative villages and 1 Park, with a total population of 37466 people (in 2017). It is a typical land of fish and rice in the south of the Yangtze River. It is rich in agricultural resources, with more than 33000 mu of paddy fields, 45000 mu of dry soil, 78000 mu of woodland, 12 small type II reservoirs, more than 1200 ponds, and nearly 8000 mu of water area. Jue River and Wujiang River pass through the territory, which is rich in water resources. In 2013, there was a severe drought, and there was no harvest failure in the whole township. There are no polluting enterprises in the rural area, with beautiful environment and beautiful scenery. There is no industrial enterprise in and around the town. It is a leisure resort.

1. The upgrading of rural power grid has been completed in 12 villages of the town. The 10500 Mu paddy field in 8 villages has been developed with a high standard, with a total investment of more than 28 million yuan. The 1034 Mu paddy field in Longma and Shuangliu has been reorganized, with a total investment of 10.34 million yuan. The whole town has no worries about irrigation and drought.

2. Irrigation and water conservancy construction: in recent years, 8 million yuan has been invested in the reconstruction of three reservoirs, and the remaining nine small type II reservoirs will be completed in 2015, with an investment of more than 22 million yuan for the construction of Yantai water project. A total of 322 key mountain ponds have been dredged and protected, 21.5km of drainage and irrigation canals have been hardened, and 52.6km of mechanized roads have been renovated.

3. Traffic facilities: Zifu town has a 12 km border line, which has been hardened and planned to be 2.3 km. BAIXIAN line will be upgraded to county road with the construction of Baitan bridge. During the 11th Five Year Plan period, a total of 44.7 kilometers of village roads have been hardened and cement roads have been connected to every village.

Zifu town is located in the center of Ningxiang tourism line triangle, with convenient transportation, rich natural resources, in the original ecological state, two rivers and three banks of rich humanities, has a very good tourism advantage. There is a pottery production base with a history of 300 years. There was a Zifu temple on Yuexing mountain in zifuji town. It is said that it was built in the Tang Dynasty and was unfortunately burned in the cultural revolution. There is a Qixing village in Qixing village, built in the Song Dynasty, which is a famous gathering place of green heroes at that time. The village remains intact. The stone fish pond in qingquanhe village has a beautiful environment, like a picture. The Guanyin hall in Shengling mountain is far and near famous.
