Jianghu farm

Jianghu farm in Tianmen City, Hubei Province is a medium-sized state-owned state-owned state-owned state-owned state-owned land reclamation, agriculture, industry and commerce joint enterprise, which was founded in the early 1950s and has a history of more than 50 years.

There are six branches and two neighborhood committees, namely Jiangtai branch, Baihu branch, Wulihu branch, yemaoling branch, gebahu branch and Luotai branch; Sanjiang community residents committee of Jianghu farm and Sihai community residents committee of Jianghu farm. Due to the management system, Jianghu farm returned to Tianmen in November 1996.

Jianghu farm is located in the southwest of Tianmen City, 40 kilometers away from the urban area. It is connected with Suiyue and Wujing Expressway in the East, Jingzhou and Yichang in the west, Huangjin waterway of Hanjiang River in the South and Hesha highway in the north. It has superior geographical location and convenient traffic conditions. the farm has a land area of 50 square kilometers, including 40000 mu of arable land and a total population of 19000 people. It comes from more than 20 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) in China, with simple and honest folk customs and rich resources. Its agriculture is rich in high-quality cotton, high-quality soybeans and peanuts. Industrial production is mainly composed of cotton textile, cotton processing, building materials and biological pesticides, and large-scale animal husbandry is also very developed. The farm has six agricultural branches. In 2008, Tianmen municipal Party committee and municipal government approved the establishment of Jianghu Industrial Development Zone.
