Wuxue City governs the streets. In ancient times, it was one of the nine acupoints in Dajiang. It was renamed wujiaxue in Ming Dynasty. In ancient times, it was one of the nine acupoints in Dajiang. It was renamed wujiaxue in Ming Dynasty. Originally Wuxue Town, it was changed to Wuxue street in 1987. In 1996, it covers an area of 17.7 square kilometers and has a population of 120000. It has 21 neighborhood committees, Xiaguan, lidingwu, Daqiao and Institute of Agricultural Sciences, including Gangkou, Xinjie, Tangxia, dongcaiyuan, Bashang, xiaoqiaobian, dongxincun, Houba street, Juren street, daqibian, liujiaxiang, beixincun, zhongrongwu, luosixuan, Shanghe street, Qixian Road, xicaiyuan, Wenti Road, Xixin village, lujiafan and Yongning 5 administrative villages in Erli and half. In 2000, six administrative villages, jiangjialin, wuguying, Xinji, zhangshuxia, zhuqiwu and guoyinglong, were put under the jurisdiction of Wuxue street. In March 2001, Xiaguan village, Daqiao village and dabashang neighborhood committees were abolished and Bell Tower neighborhood committees were set up. The number of neighborhood committees was adjusted from 23 to 21.

In 2003, 21 neighborhood committees were adjusted to 12 communities. In 2004, the office is located in the Paojiang Avenue, with a population of 123996 and an area of 43 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 12 neighborhood committees, including Dongxin village, Xiagang, Zhengjie, xicaiyuan, Xixin village, bell tower, big world, Longfeng, liujiaxiang, Beixin village, luoshuxuan and Daqiao, and 8 administrative villages, including Erliban, lidingwu, jiangjialin, Xinji, guoyinglong, zhuqiwu, zhangshuxia and wuguying. In 2005, Beixin village community changed its name to Longtan community. Longfeng community was abolished and Xiaguan community was established. Lidingwu village and big world community were abolished and lidingwu community was established. Jiangjialin village was abolished and jiangjialin community was established. At the end of 2011, the area was 43 square kilometers, the registered residence population was 153743, and 19 residential committees were administered.
