In 2008, Leihe town was restored; 12 administrative villages, including Liaohe, Heping, Minzhu, Qili, Guanyan, Xinhe, Xinchang, Xinji, Qianfeng, Quanshui, hu'er, Jilian, and 4 communities, including Leihe, Heping Street, Dongfang, and exi, were put under the jurisdiction of Leihe Town, and the town government was stationed in Liaohe. Yancheng Street: yaowan community, Yanjing community, Hanjiang Road community, Wenchang Road community, wutiaolu community, qiliyuan community, liyuhu community, Baimiao community, Longmen Road community, zigaishan community, Dongjie community, Wangjiang Road community, Jiulong community, Jiaotong Road community, lashu village, tannao village, Nanhe village, Muqu village, zhougang Village, Longtou village, Taiping village Tiehu village, Qiligang village.

In 2020, Longtou Street will be set up: Jiulong, Zizhong Road, Beiba, Hupan, Xueyuan, Qili garden, ziyangguan, Qiaojiaying and wutiao road. Longtou village, Taiping Village, Tiehu village and Qiligang village will be set up as Longtou street.
